Breakfast


Everything on our buffet breakfast is either sourced from local artisanal producers or made in-house.

Cheese, eggs, farmhouse butter, unpasteurised milk, fresh-pressed juice, pain de campagne, brioche, fruits, jams, honey, granola and yoghurt.

Breakfast is served between 8–10am Mon–Sunday.
15 € per person (not included in the room tariff)

Allergies or dietary issues such as gluten or dairy intolerances can be catered for with advance notice.


 Restaurant


Our restaurant is open for dinner from Thursday to Monday, and for lunch from Saturday to Monday. Between 15 July and 15 September, the restaurant will also be open on Tuesdays.

The restaurant is closed on Mondays after breakfast service.

Dinner

From Thursday to Monday, starting at 7:30 p.m.

We offer a fixed menu (two starters, main course, dessert) for €39 per person (additional 10€ for a cheese plate).

Monday lunch

At lunchtime on Mondays, we offer a set menu (starter, main course, dessert) at €21 (cheese plate available for an additional 10€).

Every Monday lunch, the ‘plat du jour’ will be tripe.

Weekend Lunch

For lunch on Saturday and Sunday, we offer a set menu (starter, main course, dessert) at €26 p/p (cheese plate available for an additional 10€).

We grow part of our organic seasonal vegetables we cook in our garden. Other vegetables are sourced from organic agriculture and are carefully selected by our chefs from local markets or neighbouring farms. Depending on the season, we also serve mushrooms and herbs that we forage from the surrounding forests and fields.

If we are informed in advance, we can offer a vegetarian option or adapt our menu for specific dietary needs or allergies. In all cases, we place great importance on vegetable dishes, and our meats are sourced from trusted local producers with known farming practices.
